Symphony Place by Cachet Homes
SOLD OUT in November. 15 homes ranging between $2m to $2.6m. Site has been cleared. Project was first advertised, starting from $1.495m in the Fall of 2014. But was delayed and real estate prices soared. VIP sales released to ensure builder could capitalize on market and managed to sell at the peak. I'm guessing market prices will be lower by 10% at least when construction done. Homes in Credit mills are not selling now and going below asking. some are even lowering the asking price after being on market this entire summer.
