Friend wants to buy in Impressions
Here are his conditions 1. Must be 30 ft detached 2. Must be on a longer (102 ft) lot 3. No corner lots 4. Preferably Arista Built but can look into other projects as well 5. Preferably no sidewalk, no main street, no electrical box, mail box in the front etc. Arista does not have one available. Only one available is a corner lot as of yesterday, which he does not want. The other option is to buy in Phase 3, but he does not want to wait, plus he does not want to buy closer to train tracks. Do not offer what's already on Realtor.ca All of these lots are short 90 feet lots. Can be without Realtor so you can save your 5 % commission and close a good deal. PM me if interested.
