Trust me, you will get one!!!

Anyone been up there recently?

When I was there a month ago, the activities were "slow", definitely building 3-4 houses every 2-3 weeks. (Only seeing like a few trucks and trades on a weekday, not even a holiday. Consider there's 3 builders working on site, I was expecting to be like a handful of trades/trucks per builder, so all-in should be 15 teams working.) Unlike some other division further south where you see like dozens of trucks and trades all over the site.

I can confirm they started pouring foundations, a lot of foundations are already complete for phase 2 so any more delays are highly unlikely. I think they will be able to meet the firm date target

My closing is exact 4 months away, if the foundation is poured they can finish it on time, if not yet I don't know how can they close the home say in 3 months ...

Is it a firm closing or you still have the 2nd tentative one? Who’s your builder?

THey may extend it but from what I saw they are the first one have the foundation up. Prinstine homes haven’t started the foundations yet. So they may actually finish your house by this winter

Been there on Friday.
So they have dug the foundations of homes on my street ending on the lot next to mine. It was all prestine homes they have dug and will be pouring cement.

Mine is ferbrook and the rest of my street is fernbrook and that part is not yet started.

Talked to a manager on site. He said it will.be very tough to finish those homes in 4 months.
Will go there in 2-3 weeks too to see if there is update.

In case of not getting a delay notice.
