I purchased a Holitzner in Fraser Fields and my experience has been the same. The design centre was my favourite part and Donna was extremely helpful. We close in February - the foundation is in and all seems to be on schedule.
Exciting times!

Ooo ... haven't done the design stuff yet. Just waiting for the conditions to all be waived. Thank goodness they have someone to go through the design process with us -- last time we bought a new house the choices were truly overwhelming :o

You'll have a great time. I think Donna does all of the designs so you should be dealing with her. She does a great job or understanding what your style is and offering up great suggestions.
