I remember tribute sales office shows me the bell brochure.

Rogers and Bell are both available in the subdivision. Ask to speak to someone in charge of new home connections, maybe you can get a good deal. PM me for my contact.

Not sure what Rogers is offering, but Bell has been offering a free year of service -- if you want to go with Rogers, I'd make sure to mention that to see what they can offer.

What type of "issue"? We had one cracked tile, but it was replaced quite quickly after our 30 day.

We got a bit fancy and requested our tiles be installed special. It will been corrected! Thank goodness we caught it before the PDI. The site staff was super helpful. Hopefully all goes well from here on. Kitchen is set to be installed in a couple of weeks.

I've had some squeaks, which Tribute has come back to correct by putting some additional screws in the floor from the basement.

What type of wood do you have? Solid or engineered? Basement, ground floor or second floor?

Our engineered hardwood hasn't had any of the issues you describe. If you have solid, do you have a whole house humidifier?
