I was on the site to check my new construction and I found a gap between fireplace exhaust duct to exterior wall, next day I called Joe (Sundance project site manager) and let him know my concerned. The day after the gap was gone, very impressive.

I recently had my PDI last week and found quite a items that needed addressing (including items that were completely missing). How is everyone fairing on the PDIs and condition of your pre-move in?

My husband and I recently bought a home in a different Claridge community (Bridlewood) and we were very impressed by the quality standards and professionalism of the company. Claridge is an Ottawa based home builder, so it was easy to get in contact with them when we needed to (no middle man between here and toronto, lol). They have really raised the bar in terms of what they include as base features in their homes, and they leave a lot of room to upgrade should you choose. Whichever way you do it, you'll definitely get value. I would recommend Claridge.

How is Claridge's build quality and service. We have one model in mind in each of Glenview & Tartan. Claridge is the last builder that we didn't get to check out yet.

We have a claridge town. Finishing has lots of issues but not significantly worse than other builders we have seen.
