Smile Moving to Fernbank Crossing in April? - Phoenix Homes
We are building a Bradford with Phoenix Homes with a closing date of April 30, 2014. Anyone else closing in April? It seems that most people are closing around June. Can't wait to meet our neighbors!

Congratulations! The good news is that they are ahead of schedule. We are closing in April and if we request, we could get our home in February.

Nice! Hubby, kids and i were checking the new model homes out last Sunday. We are lot 51 (Bradford). We are super excited!

It is. We were just there. We have a 2 year old boy. He loves every kid he sees though.

My husband and I just visited the new Phoenix model homes yesterday. Love love love the Fairmount - it is the perfect home for entertaining! Really liked the serene and neutral decor although not sure how practical that would be with kids. :-P

Phoenix really did a good job with these (even though the other model is a little intense). They seem to have stepped it up compared to other model homes I've seen by them.
