Smooth Ceiling
As I recall it was around 4K. I'll be honest with you, I'll never get it again. Got it with our current house and I just can't stand the echo in the house. It's open concept, and it's like a cave. Also, there is no guarantee that you'll actually get a "smooth" ceiling. IMHO, not worth it. If it means anything, Starlane-Brookdale8-Brookwater Cres. I'd love to hear from future neighbours.

We did and have finished all of our appointments. Some things were pricey but worth doing. A lot of things can be done after. Does anyone know when they will start construction?

Hey 1234,
You must have been one of the first to purchase like us. Congrats on finishing with the design centre. We just can't decide yet. Did they ask for 50% down or something less on the upgrades? Our closing date is Jan 18 2016. Would you know if Starlane is accurate on their closing dates?

They asked for 50% down and the rest can be put on the mortgage. You can negotiate with them if you want to pay less upfront but they wont negotiate on prices of upgrades.
Our closing date is November 19 2015. I don't know if Starlane has many delays in building but they told us they are aiming to start construction at the end of March. Lets hope there arent any delays!

Hi we are new to this forum. We bought a fieldgate home closing is Nov 30th. Anyone else who bought from Fieldgate? When do we get appointment with the decor centre? Any idea on upgrade pricing?
