Fieldgate Homes has done several releases for Blue Sky
Release Dates:
- September 2016
- October 2016
- November 2016
- March 2017
- April 2017

Has anyone been able to purchase? Have the prices changed since last year? Are there more to come?

We were able to purchase in the first phase in Sept '16. Not sure of the prices for the later phases but I'm assuming they're more now. There should be steady releases until the subdivision is fully sold.

Were you able to purchase as well? I'm looking forward to any group buys or other construction progress updates from other members here!

Purchased a small detached in October and have a friend who purchased the towns in March.

The forums after, the great crash, has sort of died off.

Nice to know I'm not the only one around here.

As for prices, they have been steadily increasing and the April release started at 1.2mil I think for the 30' lots.

Wow, but I guess its like that everywhere nowadays.

When's your closing date?

I know the September release were first scheduled for closing this Sept. Ours is December and I'm hoping for no delays. If you look on Google maps it looks like the roads are graded up already

I got an October closing date but wouldn't mind if they waited until spring.

We visited a few weeks ago and the roads were graded and the lots were identified which was nice.

Hopefully we'll get a chance to visit again this weekend.

120 day notifications won't be until June for us, so looking to see if anyone has any updates on earlier closings.

Cool I might visit again as well. When I drove past before there were barriers up.

Were you just able to walk onto the site without being stopped? Our lot is kind of deep in so it might be a trek by foot lol.

Entrance was fine to get through but some of the deeper roads were blocked. I'm closer to the south so i was able to almost drive to my lot. At least the roads were paved.

So far closing is October so curious if anyone is earlier than me.

I think almost everyone from the September '16 release should have their closing this September from what I remember seeing.

The good thing about these later closing dates is we won't need to buy air conditioners yet

It looks like the April 2017 release is all sold out as well.
