Mattamy the Preserve Phase 6C

Just wanted to make a thread for those of us who bought in 6C. Would you please let me/us know if you've received any updates?

Mattamy is going to release some lots in Preserve and some in East Preserve.

34' Models: 800 - 975K
38' Models: 1M - 1.175M
45' Models: 1.2M - 1.35M
50' Models: 1.4M - 1.5M (I dont know the number for this segment as they did not mention it in any survey and only 1 50' is sold recently for 1.55M with lots of upgrade. This is just my guesstimate)

Unlikes many other areas in Oakville, prices are drastically dropping for detaches in Rural Oakville. What would be a safe number/price to buy that shield you future drop?
