Anyone bought or planning to buy a new home @Diamondview Estates Carp Ontario by Phoenix Homes.?

Looks like it will be good community going forward

Good luck with Phoenix. I bought a house from them in 2017 supposed to close March 2019 and now they say March 2020 but I hardly doubt it’ll be done by then either...

And now we are hearing from others that the subfloors they have put in are water damaged, and there has been no work done for months.

I booked this year and closing is Sep 2020 , but I do see lot of homes already built @ Diamondview , Carp

I booked a lot for Madison at diamonds-view. 50 ft lot.
@tkksin, would you be able to negotiate any price at all? I would love to hear your opinions on upgrade pricing .
