Anyone attend this weekend? Incentives? Lot Depths? Friendly sales reps? Sold out? haha

I didn't go, but I saw on their social media feed that they sold out all 52 lots in 3-4 hours.

Anyone knows how did Caivan price the houses in Barrhaven? Someone I know just bought a single for just 500K after all upgrades in the Caivan division in Orleans. That price looks really good, considering that any single after upgrade is close to 600K in the Findlay Creek area.

"after all upgrades" is a largely vague and subjective statement meaning no one can offer an apples to apples comparison, especially from Orleans to Barrhaven (completely different markets).

Agreed. You should be comparing base prices. One person might out in 20k of upgrades and another may put in 100k. We for example put in 50, but the design centre told us the highest they had seen in our phase was close to 150. Huge gap for comparison.

I think the base price for that single is 410 or 420 including quite a number of options.

Wow that's amazing. So it says on caivans site that the square footage includes the basement. but even still if the main floors are 2000 sq ft that's a steal! We paid 469 for 2100 with no basement and we got a good deal. Our house base price is now up for 525
