Recently purchased at Colgan as well. I was debating between Bondhead and Colgan. Bondhead was initially offering the same lot sizes but recently reduced their offering to 42-50ft lots.

I am already thinking about my potential upgrades, hope the charges aren't ridiculous for the structural items. My closing is 2023 Nov, so still plenty time to figure these things out.

Nice! I wouldn’t mind a 2024 closing . Btw can you possibly share the structural upgrade list? I’m interested in
9ft basement
10ft main
Walk up basement
Loggia and balcony

Thank you for sharing this!! Much appreciated. I have to do some research into the loggia pricing, I really do not know if thatís fair, or if it would be better after with a contractor. Iím guessing itís costly because itís gonna be built with a foundation connected to the home. Iím a thinking if I do the loggia I have to do the balcony and cellar 😅

Yes seen the prices increases, at one point it was almost a weekly increase. I think the basement upgrade by 1 foot key. That’s something I definitely want to do as well. I reached out but I was told they don’t have pricing for it, and wasn’t offering it at the moment.

I hope they make the structural stuff fair, more folks would be inclined to pay for it, especially in this neighborhood.

Looks like another round of increases happened on the 4th. Btw did you get the setbacks for your lot as yet? I hope we don't end up with 2 car driveways.
