Where is "Concept" for the LED lights - do they have a website? And were the lights easy to install?

They supplied and installed the lights at my home. I am not sure if they supply only.

I have my TV over my fireplace and the conduit is a must unless you want to place all your components on the fireplace. The only thing is that I needed extra long HDMI cables because they routed the TV conduit to the basement first, and another from the basement up the wall to another location about 6 feet away to the media centre. Concept used this orange flex pipe that had all these ridges in it which made it hard to run wires through. It would have been better if they used smooth central vac piping instead.

So far have bought 2 new houses from builder, to summarize:

Upgrade regreted of having: pre-wiring of security system, never installed the system, but have asked quotes before and was told that equipments are wireless..,

Upgrades enjoyed the most: 9 feet ceiling height, family room capped outlet to install light fixture, enlarged living / family room windows to pour in more natural lights, 2nd floor berber carpet, bedroom cloniel style closet door, extra staircase / basement windows.

Upgrades not having but should have done with builder: 2 stage furnace, flat ceiling, under cabinet light.
