Probably because it warmed up a little. When the temp drops the condensation usually returns.

What is the harm on some condensation on the windows?

Nothing if you wipe and dry them regularly. Otherwise, mold, rot, etc. can happen in the long term.

I've been quite busy and unable to take down the screens. But will be doing to some or most windows today. That also helps get air to the windows and minimize condensation.
