I've bought a home through Mosaik as well (phase 1). I'm on Cannes.

I'm closing end of July 2013. You? I'm assuming you also selected the Bordeaux? do you know if we have any sidewalks, mailboxes, fire hydrants, and those green box transmission generators on Azrock?

We've asked for closing to be in Oct 2013.

Yes, we selected the Bordeaux with elev. A. No choice on that because you probably too elev. B, right?

I don't think there is going to be a sidewalk on Azrock and I don't know about the other stuff you mentioned.

Did you purchase the first day the sales office was opened?
