I did all my booking etc online, but I was visiting sales office when I can
( I live in king township) itís 20/30 mins drive

Once I was there - a sales rep gave me this letter upon asking about it

I also learn about assignment sale option that time

I did booking on day 1 - and they were not offering at the time , later when I found out - I did the amendment ( just incase price sky rocket too high in Colgan by 2024 )

Yes prices for 70lot up again 50k
I think this can be last hike for 60/70 ft lot homes at the open all the remaining lots now but time will tell

No - I asked but they said its too early

It should not be too early as I am sure they will start jacking up those prices what we have seen for upgrades

What?? They are offering assignment? I booked on day 1 too and didnít exist that time like you mentioned . Do you mind sharing how to go about getting that option? Who was the contact you spoke to?

Just email your sales rep whom you were dealing to with to sign your document
He or she will sending amendment letter to sign

Should be easy - good luck

So i did ask my sales rep and was denied. She mentioned that the head office is not allowing assignment clauses on retrospective agreements. I didn't want to argue so left it at that.

Are we allowed to use the $20K decor dollars towards the structural changes (eg: 10ft ceiling etc)?

Oh ok - I did my amendment before August so like in frier 2 months

About 20k decode money - I highly doubt they will allow it for structural items

As all the builder charge extra for it - base on the $$$ you pay 30% right away abd remaining can be added on the top of our cost n the mortgage


Purchase agreement which we signed sys too - decor money only for that decor
