Hey there,

Unless things have changed, exterior colour palettes are at the into sales centre on Moretto.

Might be easier to provide you some estimated costs based on the upgrades youíre looking for. I purchased the Brierwood.

The neighborhood is coming together quickly! Excited to meet my neighbours LOL

Thanks for the responses!
We are interested in knowing if any of you went with a Flex Plan (e.g., for the kitchen) and how much that would typically cost. Also what would the cost be to upgrade from say a Level 1 hardwood to a Level 5 or 7. Similar with tile.

It would be so much easier to budget if these price lists were available before hand!

Thank you kindly!

Alternate Kitchen layout was around $1K.

Upgraded hardwood is priced out by room. Below is the upgrade for my great room which is about 15' x 13'
Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 4 Level 5 Level 6 Level 7
0 400 700 900 1000 1300 1595

Hey there,

I purchased a Brierwood and did go with with the Kitchen Flex Plan (Layout C), this ended up costing $3243. Keep in mind that if you want the cabinets to be met with a bulkhead that will be extra as well. For me it was an additional $583. I upgraded from 39" uppers to 42" to ensure that there is no gap between the cabinets and the ceiling ($305).

As for the hardwood flooring, the pricing for my model is as follows (great room 15x13):

GREAT ROOM Hardwood level 1 to hardwood level 2 $255.68
GREAT ROOM Hardwood level 1 to hardwood level 3 $693.72
GREAT ROOM Hardwood level 1 to hardwood level 4 $825.32
GREAT ROOM Hardwood level 1 to hardwood level 5 $1,244.56
GREAT ROOM Hardwood level 1 to hardwood level 6 $1,274.64
GREAT ROOM Hardwood level 1 to hardwood level 7 $1,543.48
GREAT ROOM Hardwood level 1 to hardwood level 8 $1,808.56

For the tiling, the pricing for my model is as follows:

FOYER Floor tile level 2 to floor tile level 3 $267.12
FOYER Floor tile level 2 to floor tile level 4 $366.48
FOYER Floor tile level 2 to floor tile level 5 $552.24
FOYER Floor tile level 2 to floor tile level 6 $870.48
FOYER Floor tile level 2 to floor tile level 7 $998.64
FOYER Floor tile level 2 to floor tile level 8 $1,203.12

Hope this helps!

This is awesome! Thanks for your input. Further to the questions above, would you have any pricing for a wall oven, quartz countertops for washroom vanities, fireplace upgrades, tiling of fireplace to ceiling, and carpet upgrade pricing?

Also, is there anyway to obtain the additional investments pricing sheet from Mahogany or Minto?

Thanks very much!

Minto wont release price to you until your design appointments are schedule. They are constantly getting new products in and adjusting prices so they will not release anything in advance. Its frustrating, but understandable.

That makes sense, but makes it difficult to budget! I totally understand newer prices and selections (especially now with disruptions and increased rates), but even if someone could share a slightly older price list, it would give a ballpark to budget for!! There is an enhancements list online for our model, unfortunately there’s no pricing on it.

Thank you very much for your responses, they were super useful! As suggested, I emailed the Design Centre, and they actually shared a snapshot of their price book with me (~20 pages)!

One thing I noticed, is that under the flex plans section, there are 4 optional layouts for kitchens (A-D). However, in the brochures and online, the floor plans only depict the standard layout and Option A. Option A costs about $4,500.

I also noticed that the price difference between Option A and Option D was an additional $6,200. Iím wondering if any of you had similar options for layouts? Where would I be able to find the alternative layouts? Iím curious as to what I would get if I go for option D with a price tag of $10,000 above standard?

I tried emailing the Design Centre again, but itís been radio silence for 2 weeks.
Thank you!
