Default Interior upgrades

I really like the fact u get kitchen and bathroom cabinets from Aya.
I would get the urban line a contemporary design with clean lines like the one shown on the Aya kitchen website.
Anyone get further upgrades like more potlights,
10ft second level ceilings?

Can someone confirm?
It was banned 20 years ago and old rentals are grandfathered in. When our house was being built we tried to get them to put an extra laundry room in the basement, they said no.... We also wanted stairs going from the garage to the basement, they said no to that too because it sounded too fishy. (It was honestly because we have dogs and I wanted them to have a separate entrance)... So I would imagine if someone tried to build a basement apartment it would be highly illegal because to make it work they'd have to do everything without a permit (in addition to it being prohibited altogether).

Default Interlocking stone driveways

Has anyone seen the homes in Credit Mill, northwest corner of Eglinton and Mississauga Rd.

All the homes have interlocking stone driveways and every one is maintained.

(no oil stains, level, no weeds, etc)

It would be nice if every home on Street L has interlocking stones or nice clean concrete driveways!

The city already does the driveway aprons in concrete so they look tidy and uniform. If you do interlock, they rip it out and replace it with concrete at your expense.

But i have seen interlocked driveways in oakville near 3rd line and dundas area . It look really beautiful but yes town of oakville is very firm on their bylaws and want a very uniform appearance around the town .

I bought a 43 in March of last year, went back to sales office to ask some questions Last week

All 43 lots are sold out, looks like ~3-4 38s left from what I remember

I am not sure as I have heard conflicting information. I have heard they aren't advertised yet and I have also heard they are already sold with deposits made so that is why they aren't advertised? I am interested to find out what others here can share about it.
