The Rosemount 6 is very nice, given that such a large house fits on a 41' lot it's very well laid out! It was in our original top 3 choices!

Congrats on your purchase! The Rosemount 6 elevation 2 is a great house.
I would say that prices will continue to rise as we approach the spring/summer season!

Has anyone gone in for their first appointment to look at electrical and plumbing upgrades? Just curious as to what everyone is considering on upgrading.

Our first appointment with builder is in early April, this appointment is for structural upgrades and changes only.
We are looking at moving a washroom, adding a window and increasing the ceiling height to10 feet on all floors (if possible)

Not sure what other structural changes are possible. I guess we will be asking a lot of questions.

Hi Everyone, just got a home from STarlane. Was debating which builder to go with but i think the floorplans from Starlane are better laid out.

Anyways, we are eagerly waiting to get to our structural appointment. Haven't had a call yet. Do we call them or wait for their call to make an appointment?

Thanks. We actually called in to ask some questions and set an appointment as well.

I'm also wondering what carpet will be put in. The feature sheet doesn't specific it, and when i asked at the Sales Office, they said it'll be 40oz. However, nothing is final until it's black and white. 35 and 40 oz feels very different.

We were there 2-3 weeks ago to make a purchase. All the 36`lots are sold. There are only a handful of 45`lots available. Not sure when phase 2 is released but, it will definitely be more expensive.
