Thanks so much

That's what you think. That part is the fastest and can be done in a week. The rest take months.

Please check in and know your neighbours for those who bought in the final phase, which faces Bathurst, just north of Woodspring.

I noticed a good number of 36' are sold and Terra Brooks as well. So I hope some of those are actually on this forum

Don't be shy!

They are speculating the market, stonehaven was selling like hotcakes despite backing against an industrial site soon to be expanded.

So Aurora Trail project developers must be really happy now they waited longer before launch.

Good luck soloB! We were so close to becoming neighbours, but we'll see how it works out. All the best!

I was ready to buy at Stonehaven (National Homes). I loved the Duncan model. The 36' sold at the previews which I was not invited to.

So CW is coming out with another phase?

Yep. CW will have another release of 36' lots, and some townhomes as well.

Aspen Ridge will be release their lots soon too. I believe probably in Fall.

I think Stonehaven hasn't released all their 36' lots yet, so you might still have some luck.
