You reported them, they had 120 days to fix. They weren't dismissed or fixed.
Did you talk to anyone at Tarion before you filed?

You should probably tell them you were going to file a concilliation. That will usually get them to pay more attention.

giving the heads up to the builder that I'm filing with tarion usually works, only did it once got my flat roof fixed properly, ensure you are reasonable in your expectations, I proposed a plan of how I wanted it fixed we negotiated and came to a middle ground. No tarion.

thanks all, yeah I did email the builder to let them know I booked the inspection. Got an email back saying they will have the onsite tech to look into. Lets see how this goes.
