Can't agree more. When it comes to resaleing your house, there won't be that much of a price difference and makes St John Forest a better value in the long run.
The buying frenzy is all created buy representing agents exaggerating the value of this development just because Lindvest pays high commission to realtors for bringing in clients and the house price reflects it.

Sorry ,the work out basement is $30000 not $110000. I choose 2947 sq ft which is approximately $1060000 include premium.

We signed a contract with realtor before we came and it showed the realtor can only get $5000 commission with a firm deal.

That's right. Not much builder give commissions to realtor anymore except for condo development. I know an realtor that got 7 deals to them during 1st release, that's $35k in commission for 2 days for just bring clients in. I guess it's works well for both the builder and realtors.

Hi guys, first post on the forum. I got into the first VIP event and it was a crazy experience. I have some prices from the first VIP event day for some models, but from what I've heard, they have already gone up about $20k the second day. That is crazy. There were only one or two 34' lots still available by the end of the first day, but I am sure they have probably all already sold out by now.

Hunter 38' lot 2672 SQ. FT (Elevation A) - $843,000
Hunter 38' lot 2672 SQ. FT (Elevation B) - $856,000
Hunter 38' lot 2672 SQ. FT (Elevation C) - $873,000

Ivy 38' lot 2782 SQ. FT (Elevation B) - $878,000

Olive 44' lot 2947 SQ. FT (Elevation B) - $955,000
Olive 44' lot 2947 SQ. FT (Elevation C) - $973,000

Unfortunately these are the only prices that I have. Keep in mind that these were the prices from the first VIP event day, and prices have already gone up about $20k for the second VIP day, and have probably gone up further by today.
