Smile HN Homes Elmhurst in Ottawa

Hello everyone,
We are hoping to buy the Elmhurst model, and still could not find anyone who can show us one. Spoke to the Barrhaven sales center and no luck yet.
Can anyone help?
Thank you in advance!

I notice you don't have private messaging activated. Can you set that up?

How do you like the vaulted family room? Is it cold? is it noisy? I am little concerned if I buy this model. I am leaning towards Walden or Kenson right now.

I LOVE the vaulted ceiling, it's is a really nice architectural feature. It's not cold or any noisier than the Kenson. Being open concept, the noise travels throughout the main level in both models.

Yes, it is beautiful!

I am more concerned about noise levels on the second floor from the family room. If the TV is on, how is the noise level in upper-level bedrooms?

It's never been a problem for us. One of our children sleeps in the first room at the top of the stairs, she sleeps with her door closed and has never told us the TV was bothering her. My other child sleeps in the room attached to the bathroom & you can't hear anything in that room. It's pretty much soundproof from everything in there! And from the master I've never heard the TV, but I do have a fan running for white noise.
