Default Home Construction Question - need your help.

My wife and I purchased a home in Brampton (Valley Creek). Closing is scheduled for July 2006. We are both first time home buyers so for us each step of the process has been a new learning experience.

We have made all of our selections and structural changes and they have started construction on our house. The foundation is up and they have now framed and put up the first floor.

We were looking at our home over the weekend and I noticed a hole in one of the boards that goes over the frame (not sure what this is called - sheathing?) It looks like someone has puched it. I'll try and post a picture somewhere.

Should I be concerned about this - or does it all get covered up anyway in the end?

Also - any ideas on what I should watch for as they continue to build the home?

Thanks in advance for your help.
