Basement Finishing and Renovations Has it been 2 years already? Time to work on finishing the basement into some extra living space.

I had a similar issue at the bottom of my stairs, however I could not put a landing because I had no headroom, plus there was a door to the left when you came down. Rona had (has) a 15% back on any purchase before noon this weekend in gift cards. Plus if you sign up for a rona card you get 10% of your first purchase back. I bought all my big ticket items. barricade, wiring, framing and etc. racked up approx $4,300 bill and got about $1000 back in cards.

Default DMX 1-Step Underlayment

any one here use this new product DMX 1-Step Underlayment before..? how about compare with Delta FL? I did not see many reviews from the web.

I've never used it but it looks fine ... same type of thing as using rolled platon.
