wow your a mountain of joy are'nt you.

This is a known fact these days, the market is slow. But talk to any realtor or investor and they will tell you that ottawa is the best place to invest in property.sales maybe slow now, but prices are still increasing.Give it a year or two and you will see.Ottawa has no place to go but up.

No need to attack. I'm just pointing out facts and contradictions.

i agree with you that people in ottawa/canada should listen to carney and maybe try to change the way they do things.some people are too in dept and living way beyond their meens.this has to change.

Just incase any of you are thinking of choosing the same hardwood that is in the Mckinley Model in richmond. Do not pick it lol. We have it and I wish that we chose something different. First of all it is Birch. We had birch in our last home (Mirage flooring) and loved it and had no issues. It also was much harder then the Lauzon flooring we have now. The dust is crazy and it smudges like crazy, foot prints etc..

have you folks found out why the services installation is not proceeding?

the new townhome phase in Deer Run III seems to have stalled at sewers - nothing has happened for a few weeks
