Default Holes in the plywood

They are in the process of building our house and right now it is all still plywood, and there are few places in certain rooms where there are actual holes as the wood has cracked and you can see outside. Also, they have not yet shingled the roof and it is just plywood and there are so many gaps that when it rains the house actually floods.

I know bricks will cover the plywood and shingles will cover the roof but I'm
Thinking of the future and potential problems? What do u think?

The walls are probably OSB not plywood. It's only purpose is to keep the walls square when the home is being framed.

In any case, it will get covered with house wrap and brick and insulation on the inside. It's nothing to be concerned about.

The plywood on the roof is supposed to be spaced apart. It's normal too.

TV is entertainment, not training or education
