Genesis111, I understand you are in Phase 2. Thanks for your input.

How about Phase One contracts, where can I find the lot size in the document? I mean not just the frontage like 44ft, 38ft but the depth as well.

An alternative way to get that information would be using the measurement tool in this web application. Just find your lots first then clicks on tools, then distance. That should give you pretty good estimates.

I had the same question and I couldn't find this information anywhere in the Contract. I am in Phase 2.
