Default (Central Air Group Buy) AXIS Heating & Air Conditioning - $1910 All In(2ton 13 SEER)

First, I would like to thank BCN for getting the original ball rolling on this.
I just started this because there seemed to be about 2-3 possible deals in that thread which was kind of confusing.

I've decided to go with Axis Heating.
Website
BBB

Here is the deal:
UPDATED MARCH 31: with more confirmations, the price has been lowered!

Goodman 13 SEER R410A GSX13024 2 TON
$1910 GST INCLUDED

2.5 ton - 1950.00
3 Ton - 2060.00.

In terms of getting the price lower, he said as more people signed on, the price for everyone could possibly get lower.

HST applies if payment made after July 1. You can make installment payments until end of June.

From AXIS:
Quote:
Note, there is no distance limit between customers to be part of this pricing, however once the group is ready to buy I will need names and addresses from each homeowner in order to validate the quote. Once we have signed 15 Homeowners, the price will be locked for these 15 home owners.

You do not need to have current ownership of the house to participate in the group deal.

Simply email us at sales@axisheating.com to add your name to the list (mention " online group pricing Promotion #6775")
and we will make sure everyone gets the deal there looking for.

If our pricing is higher then other HVAC companies,
We beat reasonable written quotes from known licensed companies by %5.

These prices still come with our optional 6 month financing with no interest or charges.

The Unit quoted is a Goodman 13 SEER R410a unit model GSX13024.

Should also add this:

Quote:
This price will remain valid until March 31st 2010, a $100 deposit is required from each homeowner in order to lock this price.

So everyone who is going to sign on, or has already signed on, please let it be known here!

Make sure you are getting the right size. If I am not mistaking you are buying a Mahogany with loft. We are also in the process of buying a Mahogany with loft and ended up getting Monarch to give us free air conditioning. They are giving us a 3.5 ton unit and I am sure that they would not give us a more expensive unit when a cheaper smaller unit would be good enough. With all of the high ceilings in this house it needs a bigger unit than the 2700 sq-ft would indicate.

Yes, I bought the Mahogany with loft model. Thanks for your advise, seems like I have to do some homework and get some advise from A/C company.

I am envy about Monarch give you A/C for free, man, Monarch never gives me anything for free.

Hi Ketsana, I would suggest calling them directly and letting them know the group code.

You should be able to reach him (Sam) by cell.
