Doubt it... My guess is they’ll keep smooth ceilings, granite counters, and 9’ ceilings on the main floor. But we’ll see!

They did. It says hardwood, granite and 9fot ceiling come in all mahogany homes including the towns. I read in their city submission the latest one that they are only releasing a total of approx 200 towns throughout phases2-4 and the majority of the single lots will be 45 and 53.

I am also Very curious to see what homes will be built on the limited 71 foot lots. There are no floor plans or advertising for them on their site. Only in the city plans

Oh I imagine so.... The 71ft lots are also150ft deep. :-/

There is a house on alabaster heights across from the sales centre listed for 1.3mil on MLS it is in the 3000ish sq ft range with a huge lot...another on trestle on a 60ft lot (but the house itself is I think only 2400 sqft) that's listed for 769k.

It's interesting to see how much homes in our neighborhood are reselling for a few years later. Surely neither owner paid that years ago.

Do you have a link of the city plans?

I would guess that the 71 foot lots would be the Bungalow Towns. 4 Units on a 71ft lot.

No they are identified as low density. The bungalow towns are identified on the city site plan. They are running a long century road whereas the 71foot lots are near the top of the development. The plan also gives an example of a house to be on the 71ft loot and they are massive. I'll find the link

Here you go:
http://webcast.ottawa.ca/plan/All_Im...16-17-0017.PDF

Filed in August 2018 -on page 49: 72f single detached home lots. and page 45 shows where the bungalows will be.
Page numbers are of the entire pdf.. not the number at the bottom of each page.
