Upgrades Pricing for Mattamy - Westlynn model
I'm interested in purchasing a Westlynn from Mattamy and was wondering if anyone had upgrade pricing for this model? I have the architect's choice pricing list, but wanted to get an idea of how much upgrades such as cabinets, countertops, kitchen layouts, hardwood/tiles, hardwood steps, upgraded baseboards/crown moulding, potlights, etc. would be? The price of the Westlynn doesn't leave me much room for upgrades so I wanted to get an idea of how reasonable the upgrade costs are from Mattamy for this house. Thanks

I don't know if you'll get many Westlynn-specific pricing. Only two people on the board (that I know of) bought that beautiful model until Mattamy Fairwinds couldn't produce for them in Phase 5.
I had all the old Springbanks pricing, but it was from 2007, so definitely no longer relevant. Good luck with your Westlynn - loved that model!!
