Default Brampton by laws

Just called for a question about our gazebo and thought I would share in regards to outdoor structures.

Only one accessory structure per lot. ( if you have a shed that's all you can put in terms of perm. Structures )

The total area of the structure can't be more then 107 sq ft.

Not higher then 9 feet 9 inches

And the structure must be 2 feet from the property line.

You causing trouble again?! . Guess once the gazebo goes up I'll have to paint the shed green so it blends in with the grass

We have a gazebo that's probably 12ft high with the peak so My husbands a little upset he can't bring it but he did so many modifications it would of required a flat bed lol. He put cedar shingles on it and now it doesn't come apart unless eight people take it off at once lol.

I'm thinking a shed is more important unless we sneak it over to the neighbours house a little at a time, sort of like cooking a frog and turning the heat up a few degrees at a time and it won't notice till its already too late haha.

I would wonder if a "Covered Deck" would be classified as an outdoor structure
