Default What needs to be fixed after selling home?

So we purchased a new home that closed in 5 months and decided to take advantage of the market and sell before everyone else listed. We found a buyer and they had an inspection and finalized the sale.

My question is if the buyers home inspector misses little things such as...

my dad decided to nail his a piece of wood to make a make-shift headboard that eventually tore from the drywall. This left approx 10 nail holes behind the bed. This was obv missed by the inspector. Do we need to patch this after closing? Can they go after us for not mentioning the damaged drywall (scratches + holes) behind the bed?
