hehehe - the Summerside community site plan map is the HMB site plan map.

That's a whole new level of 'cookie cutter' communities

As expected, Mattamy employees must have been reading the forum, because the page was taken down hours after being posted. Thankfully, I've saved a copy in anticipation If anyone's interested, please PM

Just a few minutes ago there were some PDFs for all the homes ( one document for all the homes with single car garages, one for double car garages etc) with "ARCHITECT’S CHOICE” options for each.

No prices listed for the homes or options.

Those documents seem to be gone now...

At least I now know what "The Harrisbrook Corner" model is.

That model was renamed since when it was avaialble in HMB back when I was looking in March of 2010 - at that time it was called PLAN 5 CORNER (and I still have the colour brochure at home). It's a great layout and a double car garage. It was being listed for $321,900 when I was looking...wonder what it'll go for in Orleans!

Dissapointed. The smallest, a 1500sq.ft home, is going for $320,000 with vinyl/carpet everywhere, 8ft ceilings standard. $8000 to upgrade to 9ft ceilings. No pie shaped lots either.
