Default Richmond Hill Section

Hi there,

I am new to this forum! I have been browsing around for a couple of weeks and find it very informative I was just wondering why there isn't a Richmond Hill section under York Region. I purchased a semi detached house - Bond Lake Village from Lebovic. Just wondering what type of experience people here have had with Lebovic?
