Micheal's always seems to have some sort of deal on their framing, no idea on the price, have a look at their flyers. sometimes it's included in their 40-50% off coupons.

actually have their current flyer on the table and starting saturday they are 50% off + and additional 10%. so either 55% or 60% off depending on how they add the 10% off.

I'd rather not deal with a big box store they rarely give you any kind of deal when it comes to framing. I'd prefer to find a local shop that someone has had a good experience dealing with.

Default Custom frames

Which part of the city do you live in? I live in Newmarket, and I found a custom framing store at Upper Canada Mall, called Picture Picture. I've had 2 prints framed and ordered custom frames for some photographs. I did get a slight discount for framing the prints, and 30% off the custom frames that I bought.
In the past, I've also been to "Framing + Art", but I don't know how many locations they have left - they used to have 2 locations in Mississauga. There's one in Burlington. They did a great job, but were a little pricey; they did offer Air Miles, though, a few years back; not sure if they do anymore.
There's also a gallery called "Art of the Matter" in Aurora - I haven't been there, but I've driven past it; I'm sure they would have some good deals too. I'll keep an eye out and let you know if I come up with any others. Good luck.
