Be realistic, there is only one site better than this site "Observatory Hills" other than this is right in the heart of Richmond Hill, again old (20 years old) town house in Rough Wood already up to 1.2M, the builder know the market better than us...if you don't buy there are hundreds other people want to buy...so forget about the cemetery... First thing, can you actually has a chance to get in the sale office...if you do then think about of what to buy! People willing to pay $20k ~30k to get a lot!

There are many sites better than it. Crametorium will release toxic air and is dangerous. People might not know that or do not care about it now, but someday once the market is that not hot, buyers will avoid it.

We are too slow!

There is a huge line-up and some people are going in to register now already.

No more newcomers

No purchasing today.

They will sell 70 units on Sat/Sun (village towns, some rear/traditional towns).

I heard they will have a new "drawing" system. Not sure how many were able to get registered, but they registered more than 70 people. But only those registered will enter for the draw on Sat/Sun.

Of course, I wouldn't be surprise, every 5 sale on Sat/Sun, they will increase the price.
