Default Two more houses up for sale

Two more houses are up for sale and they are next to each other on Holdsworth Crescent west. One is Magnolia and the other a Spruce. I don't know the reason or for how much. Just drove by and saw the signs.

Hope all of you who have moved in are enjoying your new house.

Just curious...what would the base purchase price have been for these homes?

Wow!!! These homes are being sold before they have even broken ground on my house :-(

They sure look nice though....I'm really anxious to see my house started! I hope they break ground soon.

Flipping ..I would say absolutely, but not sure why they would sell them so soon. They will only appreciate more as the community gets further along.

Default Possible reasons for selling

I think the a lot of people got cought holding the ball for two houses at once. I would imagine if the current house didn't sell some owners would list both of their homes and see which sells first. Unfortunately I think that this will occur more and more with every delay Sundial has to give. Best of luck to all those in that situation though. Just my two cents worth.
Cheers

Its sad that people should pay like this for a builders mistakes.
No matter what, Sundial gets its money, and suffers no loss if any.
I'm quite curious as to why all these delays?

Default Delays

Intitially Town of Milton holding things up. Then problems with the construction crews and site supervision. Now Sundial is just trying to scramble to catch up I think. The first phase in Milton went alone without a hiccup. I guess we just have to roll with the good and the bad. Lucky for us today we get to take possesion of ours. Happy day!!

Exactly, we were in the sales office speaking with Rafi on Saturday and that was the exact reason he told us for at least one of the sellers.
