Default Nile Kitchen

If anyone has any images of the kitchen I would love to see it. Please post
especially the island configuration.

Hey Nileguy, I don't have pics but we went walking behind the homes and had a great view of the kitchens. Quite a few Niles and the layout looks great! Lots of counter space and the island seems to fit just right. We were really impressed with the pantries.

Hope all is well!

Hi Fiwe,
Thanks, hope things are well with you.
I have seen the kitchens from the back. I can't really see the island front though.
Wish they had a model home.

I don't think sundial will build model homes as i believe they sold out for both phases no?

That said, I think all of us peeping into each others houses can be considered *model homes*

Default Sundial Kitchen - Water line

Did anyone else get the waterline installed in the kitchen for the fridge? We were told it would be a copper line but turns out to be plastic or something. Does anyone know what is better? Since I was told I would be getting copper and paid $300 for a copper line, this other material is a surprise to me and I am not sure what to do, as of course, nothing is in writing except that I was getting a water line...

If it wasn't specified in writing that you would get copper, your chances are very slim in getting the builder to change this.

That's why it is very important that everything, every little item needs to be in writing otherwise the purchaser has no leg to stand on.

I personally feel that the builder knows this and it is their way of getting a high price for something that would cost someone to do after market 1/3 the price.

Talk to your builder, but don't get too hung up if they choose to ignore you.

It would get you anywhere, the wording in the contract leaves alot of grey area which covers the builders ass.

Just inform others that Sundial is a SH*T builders to deal with.
