Hello,

Unfortunately, they are building several high-rise buildings. Based on the info from Vaughan website, they want to build around 900 apartments. Quite a lot, it will increase the traffic like crazy.
I just hope they will not go through with this, but there is no chance. Why should they stop, lots of profit to make. But I saw already some low-rises (6 floors) on Bathurst and Major mack and I guess this is the "trend" on Bathurst.
So yeah, they will build residential condos in there.

Indeed. I thought that op was referring to the available space south of that.

I saw it going North on Dufferin. I asked around and someone told me that it's a retirement center (and it still has 6 floors). I guess it's closer to Dufferin than Bathurst, but from the car it looked like Bathurst and Maj.

Ok, ic. It is on Dufferin. I thought I missed something as I drive on Bathurst every day.
