Default Landscaping

Why is everyone in such a rush to landscape and rip up the grass that was just recently laid? With all of the grading issues still pending and the fact that The Town of Milton hasn't even approved the grading in this subdivision. If anyone does anything to impede the grading in any way you will not be eligible to receive your Grading Deposit refund that you paid upon closing in the amount of $750.00

I am not about to give my money away. I really want to make my home look nice on the outside but if the grass needs to be ripped up and the grading changed then I don't want to have to pay for my landscaping twice out of my pocket.
