Default West Village Floor Plan
Also considering in purchasing in the next phase...has anyone bought any of the 50' or 60' at West Village? Curious on the how Dixie, Craig, Everard or Kennedy looks like inside when completed, specifically the 1st floor rooms...

Almost want to just knock at someone's door in the Village, but they might not open, fearing of stalking...yikes. LOL.

I had my eye on the 100' lot and 6,000 square foot model, however, the lot size options were not to my liking.

Default Do't understand why it is so expensive.
No offense to those who bought, but just curious. I checked with its 60 lot with 1.4M price tag. WOW. It is much more expensive than UTE and Thornhill Valley, though the location is a bit too east and commute is not convenient. You would understand me if you tried Unionville GO and 404 in rush hours. Is golf course the major reason?
