Reliance for maintenance plans

Hi all, does anyone have an experience with Reliance when it comes to maintenance plans for furnace, A/C, plumbing and electrical? Who is it they send to the house to do the inspections and/or repairs? are these guys HVAC people, plumbers or electricians?
