Progress for Mattamy Phase 4 on Maple Grove

Went by today and the water mains are in and the lots are all marked off. Things are moving along. Amazing how moving a little bit of dirt can be so exciting .

Nice! I was hoping someone would start a "Maple Grove Road" thread... we haven't been by in at least a month. What lot are you on, Highwood?

127. Just look for the big fire hydrant. I looks like its right in front of where my house should be. I need to go back and have another look. there were so many stakes and marks that it was tough to tell where the property lines were. Once I remember to take a camera, I will post some pics.

Strange that ours is 3 months before you and we're in the block (almost) next door. Judging from this forum, we'll all be delayed anyways. haha

Hopefuly not, but ya, by the sounds of alot of users on this forum delays seem likely. When did you buy yours?

Back in february... i think the 7th. we have our 2nd design appointment coming up on Monday in Barrhaven.
