Progress for Mattamy Phase 4 on Maple Grove

Framewalk today. It's going to be either with "L" or "T". Looking forward to it.

Framewalk went well. A few minor changes here and there, but overall everything looks great. Looking forward to the drywall going up! Nice to see the houses on the street completely bricked with the siding up as well.

Nice! did you wind up with "T" or "J"?

I think we might swing by on sunday to check out the house. Fingers crossed for our drywall too...

Anyone have other updates? I think most of the brick has been done on phase 4 with the cold weather coming/here?

'T' did my framewalk. Saw 'J' in the construction trailer beforehand.

With your closing date less than 2 months away, you are likely to see alot of progress inside, which will be exciting. It will be nice to see things come together as you envisioned it.

Finally made our appointment today for our appliances. We go in next Saturday to pick them....or a dinning set...depends on how good a deal for the appliances I guess.

Yeah it was good! Everything is drywalled/mudded/taped, both tubs were installed, garage was insulated (and im guessing the basement too...)

What happens next? I'm guessing the flooring (tiles/hardwood/carpet all at once, or in stages?)... then cabinets? paint? not too sure of the order. I also don't know when they are going to start putting the siding on our block of towns.

"T" told us that they will. when we had our framewalk, only concrete was down there... he said they'd be framing + adding insulation after the city inspector had come.

Heading out tomorrow afternoon to take a walk though. I can honestly say my builder is amazingly easy to talk to and very accommodating.

Yay!!!!!!!! PDI booked for Dec 4th! We get the house Dec 8th. Then I can spy for whoever needs me too, in between unpacking of course. First I need to start packing.
