The Bird That Humms,

Welcome to the forum, congrats on the new purchase!

I'm guessing from your username, you bought the hummingbird model? ..nice choice

Were on lot 29, and bought the Kinglet model. Closing Sept 2015

Nice to meet you

Hello Bird that Humms,

Another member on this thread Kinglet and I bought when they first released the homes back in March. We were offered 3 free upgrades (from a list). I was wondering if you were offerred any free upgrades or incentives for buying. Which model home did you choose?

Correct. We are in the hummingbird.

Ya we were offered the same upgrade package.

Going with. Granite kitchen counter.... Oak Stairs..... and either the living room pot lights or the interior garage door (possibly both)

Hello Hummingbird,

You are on a ravine lot like me. We chose hardwood on the top floor, oak staircase, and access to garage. The agent said it would be $1000 to put a side door in so we may do that in the event we rent. However, since we have a walkout, we may forgo it. We close March 2016...

Lol at your comment about ravine lot. In our plan, the side door is next to the stairs to our basement. Look on your blueprint. Is it an option for your model?

Ours to it looks like..... might be a good idea as my mother in law will be living in our basement apartment. Any news on any quality upgrades you may be getting?
