My friend bought treasure Hill in Richmond Hill. The 10 feet ceiling is awesome. But he told me the extra premium they charge on it is not worth it.

I just went to countrywide builder office pass weekend.

Town house selling 900s in country wide now.
Detach 36 2800 include 500feet finish basement selling over 1.1 m.

I don't think you can see anything under 1.2 m from treasury hill.

Just got an email from Countryside about new release in Arbors

Executive Towns from 800's

36' and 45' Detached from 1.2 Million.

So Treasure Hill from 1.3 Million now makes sense

Think about it now 36 feet 2800 feet included finish basement. 1.1 Actual house is only 2300 feet . You cannot sell your house in Mls say it is 2800 feet. You can only list 2300 feet .
Look at the site plan treasury hill. It is back to forest.45 feet back to forest I think 1.5 and up.

Country wide 45 feet lot 3500 back to forest selling 1.5 m now . Still have 2 lots left.

That's for posting this and other info.

How long as CountryWide had those places on the market?

Thanks for your reply.

Whole area looks to be rising very fast. Aurora is a hot market.

Who knows, all the detached homes might double in price from 2014 to 2018, especially the larger ones on a premium lot.

If the market continues like this, I have no doubt it will double in 2018. Just look at Vancouver, one of their detach house got sold 700k over asking. But it has to slow down. It doesn't make sense!
