Default Breaking ground

On the way to work this morning they had just started to dig acroos from the end of the first Holdsworth entrance. I'm not sure if it was for the townhomes for sure, but it looked like something was starting for you.

Cheers
Jarrett

We are on Vickerman and I was just commenting to my husband yesterday that the townhome families will be very pleased to see the progress. It appears that the digging has begun at our end as well. Congratulations!

Thank you all for the update!
Between work and classes, Elizabeth and I don't get a chance to come upto Milton during the week. We usually come up on the weekend to check the site out as Elizabeth's parents live in Hawthorne Village so we are up there at least one day of the weekend.

Once again we appreciate the info and we cant wait to follow the progress of our town home.

Default Breaking Ground

Hi Guys,

We were out there yesterday and they have dug for the foundation for block 156. Blocks closer to Vickerman are also cleared of any debris and piles of soil. There is still a mountain of dirt on top of block 160 though (our block). Apparently all permits have been released, except block 160 as per Rafi's info last week. Hopefully they were released this week! We're getting pretty anxious... Maybe they'll have all foundations dug within the next few weeks and they'll get busy on construction before the heavy snow falls. We'll keep our finger's crossed...

Sorry guys.

As per the city of Milton, Sundial has not yet given them the proper drawings needed to continue.

Hopefully this week something happens.

The wait continues!

Thumbs up

Wow...

Does this mean they'll be breaking ground soon?

We thought this day would never come! (tear)

We hope that is what it means. We are hoping that we can at least have the foundation poured before the new year!

Elizabeth went by the site tonight and said that it looks like they are preparing to pour in the foundation in one of the other blocks. So hopefully they keep the ball rolling!
