Default Corporate campus on Strandherd Drive

Driving home today, i saw a couple of big signs advertising Corporate Campus with a company whose name escapes me at the moment.

Just wondering if you guys know what campus would be built there and by whom. This is on Strandherd Drive, close to Kennevale and across from the Strandherd Meadows community.

Traffic on Strandherd will be pretty crazy once all the developments and the bridge are completed.

The corporate campus is developed by Regional Group. There isn't a lot of info on their website, just a little blurb...But from the picture, it looks like a huge development...

There's some information here, but might not be that accurate:

It also means more jobs for Barrhaven residents. I live in Strandherd Meadows /off Kennevale. I think this exciting news for the area.

Could lower the property values as it may be an industrial area. Not clear what type of business would go here...

Any idea if any more work is being done on the Strandherd-Armstrong bridge? I drive by that area frequently and only see security guards and not workers.

What a joke. For all the problems that they are supposed to have, this bridge would have been completed in a few months if it were China or South Korea.

Seems like all the companies involved are owed a lot of money, and none of them are willing to do anything until they get it...

They're still in the process of selecting a new contractor:

Default Water park

Hmmm, a colleague told me we were getting a large waterpark in Barrhaven off the 416, wonder if this will be in the same area as the corporate campus development.
